Job Summary
The Associate Manager, Paid Media supports strategy, execution, and optimization of affiliate marketing programs across the U.S. and Canada. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day affiliate strategy, partner relationships (loyalty, influencer, coupon, content, and BNPL partners), budgeting and forecasting, performance insights and KPI reporting, presenting to leadership, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive customer acquisition, traffic, and revenue through affiliate and partnership marketing initiatives. The role involves launching and optimizing multiple campaigns, QA and issue resolution, evaluating new technologies and platforms, and supporting vendor-supported media initiatives as needed. Preferred experience includes retail/e-commerce knowledge and familiarity with affiliate attribution and measurement methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- Approximately 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership marketing, or performance media
- Hands-on experience with affiliate marketing platforms such as Impact, CJ, Rakuten/Linkshare, PepperJam, Awin, or similar tools
- Experience supporting budget management, campaign optimization, and performance reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data
- Experience working with affiliate partners, influencers, or digital content creators
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Creative thinker with the ability to identify growth opportunities and develop new tactics
