Associate Manager - Accounting to Reporting (R2R)

Lead general accounting activities for Polish entities, including preparation, maintenance, and reconciliation of ledger accounts, and independently prepare annual financial statements under Polish Accounting Standards. Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles while coordinating the statutory audit process and ensuring timely responses to audit requests. Coach and guide a team of four accounting professionals, respond to complex queries, and implement action plans from audits and process improvements. Own the risk and control matrix, document core processes, and ensure compliance with SOX 404, anti-corruption laws, and Stryker policies. This role requires a degree in Finance or Accounting, strong Polish accounting expertise, and at least five years of relevant experience. Compensation ranges from zł191,100 to zł318,500 PLN annually. The position offers hybrid or onsite flexibility with 10% travel expectations.
