Associate Manager

Manage daily restaurant operations, supervise all personnel, and ensure quality food, sanitation, and customer service. Monitor staffing levels against sales volume, circulate throughout the dining area during peak periods, and assist in food and beverage production. Identify and enhance the loyal customer base, report on competitors, and implement new menus and promotional programs. Monitor controllable costs including labor, supplies, and repairs while training hourly staff and guiding Assistant Managers. Coordinate discipline, terminations, and interviews for new hires to maximize productivity and minimize turnover. Background check and drug screen required.
