Job Summary
Manage aligned office workflow and collaboration while overseeing complex partnership and corporation tax returns for federal and state jurisdictions. Lead weekly calls with US schedulers, review workpapers for adjustments, and resolve tax issues to meet strict deadlines. Coach professionals on career paths, conduct performance reviews, and assist in hiring and interview screening. Maintain correspondence with US counterparts to ensure seamless process flow and support staff in resolving technical diagnostics. Provide regular feedback, motivate the team during tax seasons, and train new joiners on tax concepts and technology.
Required Qualifications
- Commerce Graduate/Postgraduate
- 5+ years in US Partnership & Corporate Taxation
