Job Summary
Provide clinical product support to end users and on-site guidance during surgical procedures for the company's robotic orthopedic system. Train surgeons and OR staff in operation of the robotic arm applications and related equipment, conduct ongoing in-services and customer education for assigned accounts. Use proprietary software to prepare pre-operative CT scans to assist in implant planning, sizing and positioning. Troubleshoot product problems for customers promptly and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to highlight clinical benefits and strengthen relationships with surgeons and OR staff at targeted accounts. Provide feedback to improve product performance and customer satisfaction. Requires B.Tech Biomedical or similar, 1.5–5 years of clinical support experience, strong customer focus, problem solving, attention to detail, and fluent English. Travel percentage: None to travel within country; remote/work-from-alternate-workplace arrangements possible with field-based responsibilities. Work flexibility includes remote and field-based elements; majority to 100% remote from alternate workplace in some roles, with onsite visits to customer facilities as applicable. Required Qualifications
- B. Tech Biomedical or Similar education
- Experience in OT is a must
- 1.5 to 5 years of work experience
- Clinical support experience (e.g., medical field technician, application specialist) or similar
- Strong customer focus
- High level of stress resistance and demonstrated problem solving skills
- Demonstrated detail orientation, curiosity and fast-learner
- Fluent in English
