Associate Mako Product Specialist (Gwangju, Jeolla)

Job Summary
Provide clinical product support to all end users of the Mako SmartRobotics system, including on-site guidance during surgical procedures and delivering training for assigned accounts. Collaborate with key hospital staff and physicians to develop referral networks, increase procedural volumes, and translate clinical benefits into economic value. Use proprietary software to prepare pre-operative CT scans, assist in implant planning, and maintain local consigned inventory while processing sales orders. Actively sell product clinical benefits, build relationships with surgeons, and gather feedback on product design to support continuous improvement. Submit detailed reports on case reviews, service, and customer complaints per company quality system requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Must pass MAKO course examinations and be certified by MPS within probation period
- Preferably a minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales and/or technical role within the medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry
- Strong proficiency in English (spoken and written), with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders
- proficient in using computers and MS Office tools
- Knowledge of the operating room environment is required
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and processes
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

- Confident and able to take ownership and lead when required
- Ability to interpret and analyse written specifications, and support customers in selecting products that meet those requirements
