Job Summary
Associate Maintenance Technician performs basic repairs and routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment, assisting with preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance; troubleshoot equipment issues; conduct equipment trial runs; report issues and safety concerns; maintain tools, parts inventory, and logs; support team efforts to minimize downtime; follow safety and GMP guidelines; keep work areas clean; requires mechanical aptitude and basic computer/documentation skills; ability to read manuals and safety guidelines; teamwork and communication essential; overtime/weekend/holiday availability; fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Basic math, computer, and documentation skills (Microsoft Office preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret manuals and safety guidelines
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision
