Job Summary
Associate Machine Operator responsible for operating machinery used in product manufacture under close supervision, potentially assisting with basic setup/calibration, loading materials, and performing finishing tasks. Requires reading operating manuals and procedures, inspecting parts visually and dimensionally to ensure conformance, following documentation for production, and maintaining machinery. Must be able to read blueprints and handle small precision parts, with emphasis on safety, quality adherence, and adherence to company core beliefs. Will perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment and may take on additional manufacturing duties as needed. Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Technical or vocational schooling preferred
- 0-1 year experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and understand blueprints

- Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed instructions
