Associate Machine Operator

Job Summary
Operate various manufacturing equipment in the production of medical devices, ensuring proper settings and compliance with established SOPs. Responsibilities include preparing raw materials and finished goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, performing cleaning and sanitation duties, and documenting device history records. Ideal candidates will have secondary education, attention to detail, ability to work with minimal supervision and in a team environment, and possess basic computer skills. Previous experience in GMP or medical devices is preferred but not required.
Required Qualifications
- Secondary Education with previous GMP, clean room, medical device experience preferred
- No previous related experience required
- Ability to read, comprehend, and speak English
- Strict attention to detail
- Must be able to work in a team environment

- Ability to use a variety of manufacturing equipment
- Basic computer skills (tablet/Surface Pro)
- Good communication skills
- Ability to effectively provide and accept feedback
- Trouble shooting abilities and systems understanding
