Job Summary
Operate and monitor machines routinely used in production; may assist with basic set-up, calibration and maintenance of equipment and perform finish operations. Load component materials into tools and perform finishing tasks. Read and follow operating manuals and procedures; visually and dimensionally inspect parts for conformance; document manufacturing steps; clean and maintain machinery. Requires ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions; 0-1 year manufacturing experience; high school diploma or equivalent; technical schooling preferred. Includes shift with 12-hour day schedule and comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Education: High school graduate or equivalent
- Technical or vocational schooling preferred
- Minimum Experience: 0-1 year experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment
- Specialized Knowledge: Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Special Skills: Ability to work with small precision parts
- Other: Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed instructions
