Associate Logistics Analyst

Manage and coordinate Customer Collect scheduling coordination for an assigned geographic region. Monitor shipments and requests to identify actions required to improve or optimize related processes. Communicate effectively via phone and email to provide order status, product, and availability information while resolving transportation and inventory issues with internal and external stakeholders. Maintain effective track and trace processes for in-transit shipments and resolve delay scenarios. Apply effective cost management per contractual and/or budgetary guidelines. Support team coverage in the absence of teammates.
