Job Summary

Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategy, draft well-written briefs, motions, and correspondence, and manage complex class action dockets from inception to resolution. Prepare for trials, negotiations, and settlements while building and maintaining client relationships through regular updates and professional advice. Collaborate with lawyers and business professionals to develop innovative strategies, attend court hearings and depositions, and ensure rigorous compliance with legal standards. Proactively engage in ongoing training and firm citizenship initiatives to enhance leadership skills and contribute to community outreach.

Required Qualifications

  • JD Bar Admission
  • Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction in which you are applying
  • Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience
  • Experience with class action defense, including securities, data and privacy, or consumer litigation
  • Experience managing multi-matter dockets
  • Strong persuasive legal writing skills
  • Experience running large scale discovery of matters
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Good business and professional judgment
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Conceptual thinking

  • Management skills
  • Must be able to lift 10 pounds of force
  • Must be available for occasional walking and standing
  • Must be available for occasional travel, both domestic and international

  • Must be able to produce high-quality work and respond to correspondence in an efficient, timely, and professional manner
  • Must be able to meet deadlines, manage competing priorities, and commit to meeting high standards
  • Must be able to comply with firm policies and procedures
  • Must be able to maintain confidences as required in a law firm environment
