Job Summary
Conduct all aspects of litigation including fact investigation, pleadings, discovery, expert management, motions, pretrial, trial, and settlement. Draft complaints, answers, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements while preparing witnesses for deposition and managing filing and service of pleadings. Handle matters under pressure to meet deadlines and exercise strong professional judgment. Maintain strong business and client relationships within the New York Litigation-General practice group. Requires a JD from an accredited U.S. law school, New York State Bar membership, and prior or current employment with an Am Law 100 firm.
