Job Summary
Provide individual, couples, family, or group therapy based on clinical experience and client needs. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation within our EHR system. Active participation in individual/group supervision and team consultation meetings. Develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to client goals. Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with Georgia licensure requirements. This role offers regular clinical supervision across licensure tracks, a robust referral pipeline, and administrative support to build a steady caseload toward independent licensure in a private-practice setting.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related mental health field
- Associate licensure (LAPC, LMSW, AMFT) or immediate license eligibility in the state of Georgia
- A strong desire to work toward full, independent licensure
- Excellent communication, boundary-setting, and documentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic group practice culture
