Job Summary
Associate Legal Counsel responsible for providing legal advice and support to AGCO’s Legal team in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EME). Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing a wide range of commercial agreements, using AI tools to improve processes, conducting legal research, managing contracts with contract management systems, assisting with litigation matters and company secretarial activities, and collaborating with internal teams. Requires 12-18 months of experience in a legal team, a degree in Law or related qualifications, LPC, and a hybrid working arrangement with four days onsite at Stoneleigh, Warwickshire and one day home-based.
Required Qualifications
- 12-18 months experience in a legal team as a qualified junior lawyer
- Degree level qualification in Law, General Diploma in Law (GDL) or CILEX Level 3 Professional Diploma in Law and Practice
- Legal Practice Certificate (LPC)
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in relevant sector
