Associate Lecturer Specialist - S2

Conduct teaching activities by disseminating knowledge, assessing student learning, and developing new instructional methods to foster critical abilities. Lead research projects, propose new topics, and publish findings to maintain scholarly reputation. Manage community service programs and coordinate course development, including reviewing materials for accreditation and mentoring colleagues. Provide academic advisory, thesis supervision, and quality management reporting to department heads. Requires Master's degree, minimum Asisten Ahli rank, and 2+ years experience.
