Job Summary
Associate – Leasing at BLG (BLG: Canada's Law Firm) seeks a lawyer with minimum 3 years leasing experience to manage document preparation, analyze files, draft and review contracts, and independently negotiate. The role is client-facing and based in Ottawa or Toronto, with bilingualism (English/French) as an asset. You will work with a multidisciplinary team, train and mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to delivering high-value advice and an exceptional client experience. Responsibilities include contract drafting and review, analysis of files, and independent negotiation, with a focus on leasing matters and collaboration within a diverse, inclusive culture.
