Associate Learning Professional - Remote

Develop collaborative relationships with business units and subject matter experts to identify learning opportunities and gather source content for curriculum. Facilitate technical virtual classroom programs and quarterly calendar training on Velera solutions, systems, and services. Deliver client-facing billable training sessions and analyze, design, and evaluate blended learning using the ADDIE model to close knowledge gaps. Provide regular updates to management on development activities and milestones while ensuring training effectiveness through observation and feedback. Requires an associate degree in adult learning or education, zero to two years of training experience, and familiarity with a learning management system. Entry-level knowledge of Velera products is required.
