Associate Learning Experience Lead Internship

Associate Learning Experience Lead – Client Delivery responsible for the smooth operational delivery of learning experiences and training programs to clients, partners and staff globally. In a hybrid L&D operating model, you’ll sit within the learning experience team of the global Client Delivery organization, collaborating with the global Learning & Development team and local subject matter experts. You’ll support external client and partner learning programs to ensure engagement, progression, and successful completion of training cohorts. You will schedule and coordinate learning programs for new joiners and existing staff to ensure they receive clear, consistent, high-quality learning experiences that support onboarding and professional development. As you grow, you will help shape the learner experience within our learning ecosystem—from designing client-facing guidance and localisation, to creating interactive workshops and resources, to enabling SMEs and delivery teams to build simple-to-use learning materials using self-authoring tools. Responsibilities include operational management of training programs, planning and launching cohorts, monitoring schedules and deadlines, organizing live workshops, LMS administration, configuring learning plans, enrolling learners, tracking issues, onboarding learners, and designing client-facing learning experiences with regional adaptations. You’ll collaborate with global and local teams to maintain consistency, stay informed on learning trends, and manage content lifecycle. What you’ll need includes LMS administration, cohort management, global-to-local content adaptation, learning data analysis, and strong facilitation and project-management skills. Desirable experience includes familiarity with Docebo or major LMS/LXP platforms and authoring tools (Rise, Storyline, Evolve, Docebo authoring).
