Job Summary
Junior Learning Content Producer supports Kyriba Elevate by turning Articulate Rise drafts into polished, on-brand deliverables and rebranding existing content. Responsibilities include refining courses for visual/editorial quality, applying branding consistency, recreating tutorial videos with Synthesia or similar tools, producing supporting visuals, and handling administrative tasks such as KPI monitoring. The role requires experience in eLearning content production, proficiency with Articulate Rise, and familiarity with AI video platforms and screen-recording/editing tools; it offers hybrid work options with in-person collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of experience in eLearning content production, video editing, or digital design
- Hands-on experience with Articulate Rise
- Experience with Synthesia or an equivalent AI video platform
- Familiarity with ScreenPal or equivalent (Camtasia, Loom, Descript) for screen recording and editing
- Strong eye for visual design and brand consistency
- Excellent written English for polishing copy and writing simple video scripts
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple courses in parallel
- Familiarity with LMS / SCORM outputs
