Job Summary
Dentist role at Tend in Brooklyn, NY offering either Associate Dentist or Lead Dentist track. Deliver a full spectrum of high‐quality clinical services (restorative, endodontics, implants, crowns, veneers, cosmetic dentistry) in a digitally enabled studio. Lead clinical excellence, mentor teammates, and uphold Tend’s hospitality-driven patient experience. Focus areas include clear aligner treatment and sleep therapy, with opportunities to lead clinical onboarding and drive program growth. Compensation includes a guaranteed daily rate plus a tiered production percentage, with Lead Dentists eligible for additional bonuses. You’ll work in a collaborative, high‐performing studio, schedule 4 days/week plus 2 Saturdays or 2–3 days/week with Saturdays, must have DDS/DMD, active state license, CPR/BLS, DEA, Invisalign certification, and relevant post-residency experience (2+ years for Associate; 6+ years for Lead). The role supports growth, mentorship, and clinical leadership within Tend’s values and culture.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Current, active dental license in the state you’re applying for
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Active DEA registration
- Invisalign certification
- Associate Dentists - Minimum 2 years of experience (post residency) in private practice, DSO, or similar setting
- Lead Dentists - Extensive clinical experience (typically 6+ years post-residency) and proven ability to lead, mentor, and elevate the performance of dentists within a multi-chair practice environment
- Ability to work a Full Time schedule consisting of 4 days per week + 2 Saturdays per month or Part Time schedule consisting of 2-3 days per week including some Saturdays
