Job Summary
Dentist role at Tend offering full-scope clinical care in a Cambridge studio, with an Associate Dentist or Lead Dentist path. Deliver restorative, endodontic, implant, and cosmetic procedures, lead comprehensive exams, diagnose whole-patient needs, and develop treatment plans. Lead on clear aligner programs and sleep-therapy initiatives, mentor teammates, and partner with leadership to elevate clinical excellence. Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Current, active dental license in the state you’re applying for
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Active DEA registration
- Invisalign certification
- Associate Dentists - Minimum 2 years of experience (post residency) in private practice, DSO, or similar setting
- Lead Dentists - 6+ years post-residency and leadership experience in a multi-chair practice
- Ability to work a Full Time schedule consisting of 4 days per week + 2 Saturdays per month or Part Time schedule consisting of 2-3 days per week including some Saturdays
- Comfort with modern technology and a willingness to adopt digital workflows
