Job Summary
Deliver a full spectrum of high-quality clinical services including restorative care, endodontics, implants, and cosmetic dentistry within a modern, digitally enabled studio environment. Lead comprehensive exams to diagnose the whole person, addressing malocclusion, occlusal wear, and sleep-disordered breathing while developing member-centered treatment plans grounded in honest risk assessment. Manage a dynamic schedule balancing operative procedures and same-day treatment, driving production through proactive diagnosis and efficient chair time use. Mentor and coach dentists, hygienists, and assistants in diagnosis and clinical execution, leading daily huddles and calibrations to elevate team performance and studio culture. Own complex cases and member escalations using an empathy-driven approach to ensure outstanding oral health outcomes and patient experiences.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Current, active dental license in the state you're applying for
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Active DEA registration
- Minimum 2 years of experience (post residency) in private practice, DSO, or similar setting
- Extensive clinical experience (typically 6+ years post-residency) and proven ability to lead, mentor, and elevate the performance of dentists within a multi-chair practice environment
- Ability to work a Full Time schedule consisting of 4 days per week + 2 Saturdays per month or Part Time schedule consisting of 2-3 days per week including some Saturdays
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods while performing clinical procedures
- Manual dexterity and fine motor skills to handle dental instruments and perform precise procedures
- Adequate vision (with or without correction) to read charts, interpret radiographs, and operate clinical equipment
- Ability to bend, reach, and maintain ergonomic positioning for patient care
- Occasional lifting or movement of equipment and supplies up to 25 pounds
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, team members, and other healthcare professionals in person and via technology
