Job Summary
Dentist role at Tend offering either Associate Dentist or Lead Dentist track. Deliver full-spectrum clinical services (restorative, esthetic, implants, endodontics, veneers, crowns, extractions) in a modern studio, diagnose whole-person needs, and develop patient-centered treatment plans. Lead responsibilities include mentoring teammates, onboarding, calibration, and driving studio performance. Requires DDS/DMD, active state license, CPR/BLS, DEA, Invisalign certification, and 2+ years (associate) or 6+ years (lead) post-residency experience. Full-time or part-time schedules available; compensation ranges reflect production-based pay with guaranteed daily rate and potential bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Current, active dental license in the state you’re applying for
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Active DEA registration
- Associate Dentists - Minimum 2 years of experience (post residency) in private practice, DSO, or similar setting
- Lead Dentists - Extensive clinical experience (typically 6+ years post-residency) and proven ability to lead, mentor, and elevate the performance of dentists within a multi-chair practice environment
- Invisalign certification
- Ability to work a Full Time schedule consisting of 4 days per week + 2 Saturdays per month or Part Time schedule consisting of 2-3 days per week including some Saturdays.
