Job Summary
Deliver a full spectrum of high-quality clinical dentistry including restorative care (inlays/onlays, crowns, veneers), endodontics, extractions, implants, and cosmetic dentistry in Tend’s modern, digitally enabled studio; treat a dynamic mix of cases and lead comprehensive exams with patient-centered treatment planning. Depending on experience, focus on Associate Dentist duties or assume leadership responsibilities as a Lead Dentist, mentoring teammates and upholding studio standards. Drive growth in clear aligner treatment and sleep-disordered breathing solutions, build proficiency in aligner case selection and execution, and collaborate with clinical leadership to expand advanced offerings. Manage a productive schedule and enhance the patient experience through hospitality-driven care. Requirements include DDS/DMD, active state license, CPR/BLS, DEA registration, Invisalign certification, and the ability to work a FT schedule (4 days/week + 2 Saturdays/month) or PT schedule (2–3 days/week with some Saturdays); 2+ years post-residency for Associate path and 6+ years post-residency for Lead path. The compensation range is $175,000–$425,000 USD and includes benefits and potential performance-based incentives.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Current, active dental license in the state you’re applying for
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Active DEA registration
- Invisalign certification
- Associate Dentists - minimum 2 years of experience (post-residency) in private practice, DSO, or similar setting
- Lead Dentists - extensive clinical experience (typically 6+ years post-residency) and proven ability to lead, mentor, and elevate the performance of dentists within a multi-chair practice environment
- Ability to work a Full Time schedule consisting of 4 days per week + 2 Saturdays per month or Part Time schedule consisting of 2-3 days per week including some Saturdays
- Comfort with modern technology and willingness to adopt digital workflows
