Job Summary
Deliver a full spectrum of high-quality clinical services including restorative care, endodontics, implants, and cosmetic dentistry within a modern, digitally enabled studio environment. Lead comprehensive exams to diagnose the whole person, developing member-centered treatment plans grounded in legitimate clinical findings. Treat TMJ-related conditions and drive adoption of clear aligner and sleep therapy solutions. Manage a dynamic schedule by partnering with studio teams to build efficient shifts and drive production through proactive diagnosis and efficient chair time use. Mentor and coach dentists, hygienists, and dental assistants to elevate team performance, while leading clinical onboarding, daily huddles, and continuous improvement initiatives. Own complex cases and member escalations using an empathy-driven approach. Work a full-time schedule of four days per week plus two Saturdays per month or part-time options, earning a guaranteed daily rate and tiered production percentages.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Current, active dental license in the state you're applying for
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Active DEA registration
- Minimum 2 years of experience (post residency) in private practice, DSO, or similar setting
- Extensive clinical experience (typically 6+ years post-residency) and proven ability to lead, mentor, and elevate the performance of dentists within a multi-chair practice environment
- Ability to work a Full Time schedule consisting of 4 days per week + 2 Saturdays per month or Part Time schedule consisting of 2-3 days per week including some Saturdays
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods while performing clinical procedures
- Manual dexterity and fine motor skills to handle dental instruments and perform precise procedures
- Adequate vision (with or without correction) to read charts, interpret radiographs, and operate clinical equipment
- Ability to bend, reach, and maintain ergonomic positioning for patient care
- Occasional lifting or movement of equipment and supplies up to 25 pounds
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, team members, and other healthcare professionals in person and via technology
