Job Summary
Associate Lawyer in Leasing to draft legal documents, prepare opinions and recommendations for legal actions; update CRM on progress and communicate with other departments; complete invoicing forms for court proceedings; monitor and report on assigned cases; attend court hearings before the Courts of Attica; perform procedural actions (filing pleadings, obtaining certificates, monitoring hearing dates); communicate with clients and opposing parties; represent the company in negotiations or procedures related to leasing projects; monitor regulatory changes affecting the leasing sector and provide recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.)
- Attorney-at-Law license in Greece
- 1–3 years of experience in Civil, Commercial, Banking Law, and enforcement proceedings
- Excellent knowledge of the Greek and European legal framework governing financial leasing and infrastructure projects
- Excellent command of legal drafting and written communication
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
- CRM familiarity
- Microsoft Office proficiency
