Required Qualifications
- Associate lawyer
- Family Law
- 4 years of experience in family law matters
- Experience in a law firm dealing with Family Law matters
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a law firm dealing with Family Law matters
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of matters related to contested divorces
- Custody and access disputes
- Child support
- Spousal support
- Property and equalization of net family property
- Ability to work independently or under the direction of senior lawyers
- Member of the Ontario Bar in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
- Strong analytical skills

- Excellent academic credentials
