Job Summary
Provide outstanding client service through communication, legal advice, negotiations, and drafting. Review and draft agreements and corporate documents while managing transaction aspects including mergers, acquisitions, sales, reorganizations, financings, and refinancing. Offer general corporate legal advice on formation, structuring, amendments, amalgamations, dissolutions, and annual maintenance. Requires minimum three years post-call experience and strong analytical skills. Based in a mid-size growing firm in Toronto.
