Job Summary
Associate Lab Test Systems Safety Engineer at The Boeing Company in Berkeley, MO, leads system safety activities across complex aerospace programs, conducts safety risk management assessments, identifies hazards, develops safety requirements, verifies mitigations, and ensures compliance with regulatory and Boeing Safety Management System standards within lab-test environments (Structures, Electromagnetic, Polysonic Wind tunnel, Metrology, Environmental, Thermodynamics). Responsibilities include leading Safety Action Groups, collaborating with stakeholders to integrate safety, mission assurance, and airworthiness requirements, performing tests and analyses to verify safety requirements, and maintaining safety tools, processes, and corrective action plans throughout the product and test lifecycle. Basic qualifications require US citizenship, a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and experience with safety analyses and program collaboration; preferred qualifications include an active security clearance and prior experience with FHA/FTA and formal customer presentations.
Required Qualifications

- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)
- Experience with design reviews and/or technical working groups
- Ability to obtain US security clearance
