Job Summary
Perform KYC 1st LOD, onboarding, and quality control checks for all commercial client information files, deposit products, and online banking services. Maintain accurate client data by researching missing critical information to comply with regulatory requirements and mitigating firm and client risk. Communicate effectively with cross-functional partners and clients to ensure timely case resolution and consistent follow-up while adhering to tight SLAs. Proactively highlight threats and compliance issues to management in a timely manner.
Required Qualifications
- Understanding of the standard AML/KYC practices followed globally
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Understanding of Bank products, regulations, department processes & procedures
