Job Summary
Assists in knowledge management by gathering, sharing, and storing information; analyzes business processes to determine effective platforms for knowledge sharing; supports collection and integration of information across departments; digitizes information with encryption or antivirus safeguards; produces reports and business intelligence to improve processes, products, or services; provides education and training to end users on the knowledge management system and reports; and updates content on knowledge management portals. Preferred: process mapping and workflow documentation; specification or requirements document creation/management; exposure to project coordination or implementation support; familiarity with Knowledge Management principles, governance, or change management. Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and written communication skills with ability to track multiple priorities and coordinate timelines and program activities.
