Job Summary
Manage software asset management support by analyzing licensing guidelines for Adobe, Microsoft, IBM, SAM Pro, and Flexera products. Utilize Excel, SCCM, JAMF, and ServiceNow to evaluate software data, assess risk, and optimize the software portfolio for global teams. Respond to Service Desk requests and collaborate with system architects, financial managers, and engineers to inform business decisions. Requires strong communication skills and experience with asset management tools to drive key business outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in IT support, software licensing, or software asset management
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to work in Hybrid Model and Rotational shifts to support operations across global time zones (24/7 environment)
- Working knowledge on Service Now tool
Desired Qualifications
- Good Knowledge and understanding of various Software products and their licensing guidelines. E.g. Adobe, Microsoft , IBM, Sam Pro, Flexera etc
- Experience with Asset management tools , like SCCM , JAMF, SNOW etc
- Through understanding and knowledge of software asset management and its Lifecycle process
- Data analysis, particularly working with Microsoft Excel to analyse software data that can be used to drive key business decisions
