Job Summary
Manage the flow of critical surgical equipment across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring hospitals receive the right tools at the right time. Own end-to-end movement of kits and devices from dispatch through return and reprocessing, maintaining high accuracy on inbound, outbound, and consignment stock. Perform thorough quality checks on returned assets and track real-time visibility of all inventory in the system. Partner with internal teams and hospital stakeholders to align on urgent surgical requirements and adjust to last-minute demand changes. This onsite role requires a rotating roster between 7am–7pm, including on-call and occasional evening shifts.
