Job Summary
Drive lease negotiations for prospective tenants, conduct lease analyses, and review tenant credit. Develop analysis and recommendations for value creation and development opportunities at portfolio assets while reporting on property performance and evaluating quarterly appraisals. Lead research projects to inform decisions and work with senior professionals on capital transactions including financing and refinancing. Produce annual budgets and future cash flow projections, monitor compliance with governing documents, and contribute to Investment Committee Memoranda. Requires 4+ years in real estate management or development, advanced Excel modeling, and Argus proficiency. 0-25% travel required.
Required Qualifications
- 4 or more years of experience in real estate management or development
- Working knowledge of real estate and financial analysis
- Advanced Excel modeling
- Proficiency in Argus
- Any combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job
- 0-25% of travel
- Knowledge of Financial analysis
