Job Summary
Ubiquity is seeking an Associate IVR Engineer in Manila, Philippines. This full-time role requires 0-1 year of experience in IVR and cloud contact center technologies, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and programming skills in VXML/CCXML, JavaScript, Python, or PHP. Strong analytical skills and English proficiency are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 0 – 1 year experience in IVR and/or cloud omnichannel contact center design, build, implementation, maintenance, and support
- Must have relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree (e.g. Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Engineering / Telecommunications Engineering) or equivalent
- Must be proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be agile, team-oriented and organized
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledgeable in programming using VXML/CCXML, JavaScript, Python and/or PHP
- Familiar with SIP and other VoIP technologies and protocols
- Familiar on Avaya telephony devices and adjuncts
- Familiar with building IVR call flows within the Avaya, Amazon Connect, Twilio, Genesys Cloud, and other contact center platforms
- Must be able to keep all projects under a confidentiality clause
