Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a project management capacity
- 1 year managing smaller to mid-size projects that encompass technology functionality areas
- Basic knowledge of project management theories and practices
- Basic knowledge of MS Applications including Project, Excel & Visio
- Basic knowledge of CRM applications and projects
- Basic knowledge of ServiceNow
- Basic knowledge of SDLC
- Basic knowledge of pension plans
- Ability to lead, encourage, maintain effective working relationships, and influence others to perform
- Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing
- Effective time management and organization skills
- Effective problem solving and conflict resolution skills
Desired Qualifications
- CAPM Certification preferred
