Associate IT Operations Specialist

Job Summary
Monitor infrastructure, applications, databases, and network services using approved tools while performing first-level incident investigation, recovery, and escalation on a 24/7 rotational shift. Manage incidents, service requests, problems, and changes per Service Level Agreements, and support Data Centre operations including hardware installation, cabling, maintenance, and vendor coordination. Participate in operational projects, automation enhancements, and process improvements by validating requirements, identifying risks, and engaging stakeholders. Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and development teams to restore services and maintain accurate operational documentation. Deliver reliable work with minimal errors while taking ownership of tasks from planning through completion.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in IT Operations or Infrastructure Support
- Familiarity with monitoring platforms, ServiceNow, Jira, scripting, or infrastructure technologies
- ITIL knowledge or certification
