Job Summary
Associate IT Customer Support Analyst provides hands-on technical support across Windows desktop, Office 365 products, Teams, and related IT services. Responsibilities include deploying hardware and peripherals, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, resolving authentication (2FA, CAC) problems, addressing printing issues, supporting virtual desktops, providing A/V and videoconference support, collaborating with network/security/server teams, performing high-level network troubleshooting (Cisco knowledge preferred), and contributing to process improvements and documentation. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience; US citizenship and eligibility for government security clearance. On-site in Lexington Park, MD.
