Job Summary
Develop communication plans and deliverables for technology initiatives, system upgrades, and digital workplace programs. Execute content creation and editing to translate technical information into clear, employee-friendly messaging for campaigns covering platform migrations and software launches. Coordinate activities across multiple concurrent projects while maintaining alignment with organizational branding and standards. Publish and maintain content on internal channels, intranet platforms, and collaboration tools. Gather stakeholder feedback to refine engagement strategies and monitor performance metrics. Partner with technology teams, project managers, and subject matter experts to understand communication needs and develop effective recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or a related discipline
- Approximately 3–5 years of experience in Internal Communications, IT Communications, Change Communications, Employee Engagement, or Corporate Communications
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling capabilities
- Experience supporting communication campaigns and managing multiple deliverables simultaneously
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools, SharePoint, Teams, and presentation platforms
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
