Job Summary
Associate IT Applications Analyst responsible for ERP system support across multiple companies and locations, including user access management, system configuration, troubleshooting, upgrades, reporting, data governance, training, and documentation. Collaborates with finance, operations, manufacturing, and project management to identify system improvements, develop ERP reports/dashboards, ensure data integrity, support testing and deployment of changes, and assist with automation opportunities while adhering to company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Equivalent to completion of University, Community College or specialized courses up to 2 academic years
- Some knowledge of IBM System i system administration and DB2
- Some knowledge of automotive EDI, particularly as it pertains to Honda, Stellantis, VW, Rivian, etc.
