Analyst, CRE Investor Reporting will prepare monthly reports, reconcile remittance accounts, investigate and resolve discrepancies, and support audits. The role includes guiding and training junior team members, creating process documentation, and building automated, scalable remittance workflows. Strong Excel skills and familiarity with CRE loan servicing software are essential for producing timely, compliant investor reporting and responding to inquiries while meeting strict deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 3+ years of investor reporting experience in commercial mortgage servicing
- Proficiency with Excel and CRE loan servicing software; Strategy servicing software valued but not required
