Job Summary
Review subscription documents for hedge funds and private equity vehicles, including KYC/AML supporting materials. Correspond with clients and investors to obtain missing subscription information while communicating with fund administration and tax teams on investor-related topics. Maintain OFAC search databases and investor capital statements, preparing capital call letters and contribution, distribution, and redemption confirmation letters. Perform redemption confirm calls and maintain databases for various processes. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, over a year of investor relations experience, and knowledge of the alternative investment industry.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
- More than a year experience in investor relations or related field
- Has knowledge of an alternative investment industry particularly in investor relations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of AML/KYC compliance for United States and/or Cayman Islands
