Job Summary
Conduct financial modelling and projections for renewable energy investments while analysing company financial statements, sector data, and economic events to support due diligence and investment decision-making. Provide transaction support to senior leaders by running deal components, managing timelines, collecting data, and interpreting legal documentation and commercial contracts. Develop high-quality presentations and reports for fundraising, investor, and board meetings, and post-investment monitor asset performance. This Associate role supports the Investment Team's mission to drive the global shift towards sustainable energy through rigorous analysis and deal execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mathematics or Economics
- 6 to 8 years' experience post-qualification in relevant field
- Thorough understanding of Renewable Energy market, technologies, players and key industry drivers
- Solid understanding of commercial and funding structures and asset management
- Advanced Financial modelling proficiency
- Understanding of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow statements
- Team Player
- Accuracy & attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Exhibits a professional demeanour with a constructive and committed attitude
- Strong analytical skills and sound judgement
- Good time management skills, flexibility and ability to adapt to multiple roles/tasks as needed
- Ability to develop high quality & easy to digest conceptual diagrams, charts and graphs
- Mastery of MS Office tools
- Quality focused with a strive for excellence
- Proactivity in seeking and receiving feedback
- Problem solving skills and logical approach
- Fluent in written and spoken English

Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in Investment Management, Private Equity, Power & Infrastructure fields is desirable
