Job Summary

Conduct educational meetings with partner firms via Teams, in-person visits, and national conferences to drive awareness, utilization, and adoption of Sanctuary's Home Office and Third-Party solutions. Serve as a subject matter resource to identify advisor needs, align them with Home Office capabilities, and influence behavior to meet or exceed sales and adoption goals. Document interactions within CRM, track engagement trends, and partner with the Data Analytics team to develop dashboards and present insights on revenue influence and product utilization.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in wealth management, financial services, business development, relationship management, or a client-facing consulting role
  • Demonstrated success building relationships and influencing business outcomes in a consultative environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present effectively to advisors, executives, and business partners
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and organizational effectiveness
  • Experience utilizing CRM platforms to manage relationships, pipeline activity, and reporting
  • Ability to travel as needed for advisor meetings, conferences, and partner firm visits

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting or selling investment solutions within an RIA, broker-dealer, asset manager, TAMP, or wealth management organization
  • Working knowledge of investment management, portfolio construction, capital markets, managed accounts, insurance solutions, and alternative investments
  • Experience driving advisor engagement, product adoption, or strategic business development initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting business metrics, adoption trends, and performance reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple business units and influence stakeholders without direct authority
  • Experience presenting to financial advisors, executives, or external business partners
  • Familiarity with CRM reporting tools, business intelligence platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • FINRA registrations (Series 7, 63/65/66) or the ability to obtain, if required for the role
