Job Summary
Evaluate investment opportunities through financial modeling and due diligence for GP-led secondaries, co-investments, and primary fund selections. Prepare and present investment recommendations to the Investment Committee while assisting with deal closing processes alongside the Investment Structuring Team and legal counsel. Represent the team by attending GP/board meetings and industry events to build rapport with partners and counterparties. Monitor existing portfolio companies and support client fundraising requests, including conducting market research for pitchbooks and external publications. Requires 2-4 years of deal experience in infrastructure, real assets, or private equity with strong financial modeling skills. Willingness to travel on a varying basis is required.
Required Qualifications
- Prior knowledge and deal experience (2-4 years) in infrastructure & real assets, private equity, investment banking, consulting, corporate development, or related roles
