Job Summary
Associate – Investment Banking role in UK Technology, Media & Telecommunications (Deutsche Numis) based in London. You will provide strategic advisory, client coverage, and analytical support across M&A, ECM and Leveraged Debt Capital Markets, including valuation work, preparing marketing materials, and coordinating with clients, regulators and advisers. Responsibilities include developing equity stories, advising on fundraising requirements, assisting on transaction execution, and delivering financial models and sector analysis. You’ll work with the UK TMT team and collaborate across Deutsche Bank platforms, applying strong financial modelling, valuation, and communication skills to deliver solutions for clients in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Prior relevant experience within Investment Banking or broader Corporate Finance
- Technical skills around financial modelling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop creative solutions to meet client needs
