Job Summary
Conduct due diligence research using public, commercial, and proprietary databases across various jurisdictions. Collaborate with investigators to interview trusted in-country sources regarding background, reputation, and current status. Apply knowledge of regulations including the US FCPA, UK Bribery Act, and EU GDPR to daily work. Coordinate with global teams to identify fraud, sanction risks, and regulatory violations. Analyze and synthesize findings into narrative reports providing accurate risk profile assessments. Manage multiple projects from start to finish in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's of Master's degree
- Full Professional Proficiency in English reading, written and spoken language
- Native/fluent reading, writing, and speaking comprehension in Arabic
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Able to summarize information into concise assessments
- Demonstrates an interest in the market, financial regulations and current affairs
- Demonstrates basic knowledge of litigation, regulatory, sanctions and corporate organization / structure terminology and concepts
- 1-2 years of professional experience (including internships)
