Job Summary
Associate Inventory Manager responsible for aiding the General Manager in supervising store personnel, tracking and managing inventory, ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering excellent customer experience. Key duties include monitoring and maintaining store inventory accuracy, conducting inventory audits and cycle counts, performing system adjustments and root-cause analysis, handling opening/closing duties, upholding brand standards in visual merchandising, resolving patient issues, maintaining confidentiality, and collaborating with business partners to support store operations and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plus
- Must have prior cash handling experience
- Ability to communicate in conversational English
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass a MVR background check (delivery locations only)
- Must be able to pass a level 1 and level 2 background check
- Must be at least 21 years of age
