Job Summary
Manage stock transfer orders and shipments for Distribution Centers across the Middle East, Africa, APAC, China, and Latin America by creating, monitoring, and resolving inquiries via email and ERP systems. Coordinate with local downstream teams, logistics operations, and supply chain planning to ensure smooth order processes, while tracking lead times and aging open orders. Conduct root cause investigations for service complaints and process deviations, utilizing data analysis and continuous improvement methods to resolve issues and optimize flows. Maintain daily and weekly communication with stakeholders through conference calls to overcome obstacles and meet service targets.
Required Qualifications
- HBO work & thinking level
- 2+ years' experience in export-related customer care/service, order management or logistics
- Fluent in English language in word and writing
- Customer focus and can-do mindset
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Computer literacy (MS-Office and ERP systems)
- Strong sense of responsibility and high flexibility
- Able to prioritize in a constantly changing environment and to deal with stress
- Pro-Active role in communicating with all parties involved in regional processes, and identify needs
- Analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Result orientation by using data, KPI's/Metrics and making active use of tools and systems like MOS, CAP and Lean Sigma
Desired Qualifications
